Why did you
change to NCOTeam.org from Squad-leader.com?
We intend to focus on a core group of
people, NCOs between CPL and SFC. eArmy was
too big and tried to be everything to
everybody. We were a mile wide and an inch
deep. NCOTeam.org was a part of our new
vision to focus on the junior and mid-grade
NCOs, who are the key people who come to our
sites.
The goal is that NCOTeam.org is the "jumping
off" point to sites on the web. Think of
SL.com as the central hub of the site, with
the spokes being the discussion board, NCO
Zone, chatroom and the links. But no matter
what your rank or position, there is plenty
on SLdotCom for every professional soldier.

Do I have to sign up to use NCOTeam.org?
No, it is an entirely free site, however
some special features such as the bulletin
board, the email discussion list and the
chat feature require setting up an account.
